Viralheat, a Facebook marketing platform, announced Wednesday a way that users can manage their Facebook pages on the go, with an iPhone application. From the app, Viralheat users can access the Viralheat stream, engage with Facebook fans, and publish updates. Page managers can also analyze data for their connected Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
Viralheat, which allows users to better manage their Facebook pages, announced Tuesday that it has added two new features: Social Login and Viralheat Explore. Through Social Login, users don’t have to set up dedicated accounts with Viralheat, instead accessing the features by logging in through Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Viralheat Explore allows users to easily search Twitter and Facebook for keyword mentions in real-time.
Viralheat, which allows marketers to track the effectiveness of their Facebook pages, has added a new feature to its media marketing suite — Smart Stream. This new utility lets users customize smart filters to view brand mentions by keyword on Facebook, as well as other social media sites, such as Twitter and Pinterest.
Managing a social media campaign (Facebook page, Twitter account, YouTube channel, etc.) can be exhausting and expensive. Viralheat is hoping to ease that stress. The company announced Tuesday that it has launched a free service for Facebook page administrators to both track key statistics about their fans, as well as manage their accounts.
