Late last month, we reported that Facebook was urging page administrators to link their pages to Instagram, and some page admins are now seeing the option to do just that through the edit page button in their admin panels.
Facebook indirectly confirmed its test of allowing page administrators to create question-and-answer sessions for their pages by adding a section on Q&As to its Help Center, but no information was available on if or when the feature will roll out universally.
Some Facebook mobile users now have the ability to create pages directly via their Facebook applications.
A reader of sister blog Inside Facebook shared a screenshot in June of a sidebar module titled, “Get Important News,” with links to three news-related sites. The social network appears to be expanding on that test, as AllFacebook reader Yan Yanko Kotliarsky shared the screenshot above, which featured a different design for the Get Important News module, as well as a “Games You May Like” module.
Facebook appears to be testing a suggested pages tab on its mobile apps, bringing over a feature that has been part of its desktop experience for quite some time.
Facebook has been conducting several surveys of late in order to improve its user experience, polling its users about News Feed in September, and introducing the Facebook Feedback Panel shortly thereafter for selected, invited users. Now, the social network is bringing the same process to its advertising offerings.
