Badoo has an astounding 43,350,070 monthly active users. This past week alone 4,085,382 more people started browsing through pictures of locals, chatting, and maybe even hunting for romance using the application.

Causes follows Badoo closely behind as the philanthropic application connected 3,637,102 users on the social network with a countless numbers of issues and non-profit organization to rally behind.

A continuing theme we see once again this week are entertaining tell-all quiz applications; the purpose being to reveal and share opinions of Facebook friends with one another. Friend Buzz leads the pack this week with a weekly growth total of 1,369,641. Close behind is Quiz Taco which was added by 1,196,846 profiles in the past seven days. Spanish alternative Entrevista Social finished up with a huge week – finishing up in the eight spot on this week’s list – growing by 777,693 users.

Adding creative design to the your photo layout on Facebook has been gaining popularity; 1,082,074 profiles were enhanced with Profile Banner since last Wednesday.

Meanwhile, 1,066,569 gamers on the social network gave the cute creatures in Ravenwood Fair another notable week.

Yahoo‘s Facebook connect application has a huge week once again; 837,193 people synched their login accounts on the two sites for a better web-surfing experience. And 672,511 musicians and artists took to BandPage by RootMusic to improve their social networking experience.

Finishing up our list this week is Phrases. Though still unavailable in the U.S., the quote application has a noteworthy week around the globe as it welcomed a weekly growth total of 657,937.
