Wilson Offers Instagram Followers A Way To Stamp Their Names On Super Bowl XLVIII

WilsonSuperBowlFootball650Most fans will never get to attend the Super Bowl, but Wilson, which makes the game balls for the National Football League, is giving fans who follow Wilson Football on Instagram the chance to have their names sewn into official game balls to be used during Super Bowl XLVIII.

Wilson announced on its Facebook page that it will randomly select 10 of its Instagram followers at 12:01 a.m. ET Tuesday, and it will announce the 10 winners at noon Tuesday.

Those 10 winners will have their names sewn into official game balls for Super Bowl XLVIII, which will be played Sunday, Feb. 2, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The Denver Broncos will take on the Seattle Seahawks.

Wilson said the idea for its #NameInTheGame sweepstakes came from the company’s tradition of its factory employees writing their names inside game balls during the production process.
