Automattic said the WordPress.com VIP program includes large-scale sites such as those of top media companies, sports leagues, and Fortune 500 companies, generating some 1 billion page views per month.

Other technology partners added to the VIP Featured Partner Program were: Flipboard, PostRelease, TinyPass, and Zemanta. They joined launch partners Chartbeat, ContextLogic, Daylife, Livefyre, MediaPass, Ooyala, SocialFlow, Uppsite, and Wibiya.

Nine interactive agencies were also added to the program: 10up, Alley Interactive, Code for the People, Doejo, Human Made, inSourceCode, Oomph, Range, and Voce Communications.

Automattic Director of Platform Services Paul Maiorana said:

Some of the world’s biggest brands and publishers rely on WordPress.com VIP Services. We want to seamlessly connect these top-tier sites with agencies and platforms that consistently do great work with WordPress.
