Facebook’s Graph Search Becomes A Job Recruiting Tool In Work4 Labs’ Graph Search Recruiter Beta

Facebook social recruiting solution Work4 Labs is harnessing the data power of the social network’s Graph Search with its release of Graph Search Recruiter Beta.

Graph Search Recruiter Beta allows recruiters to search all publicly available user information on Facebook by people, places, likes, interest, workplaces, and schools, and, just as Facebook users can narrow down their queries in Graph Search, users of the Work4 product can optimize their searches to zero in on, for example, “people who worked as software engineers in San Francisco this year.”

The official launch of Graph Search Recruiter will occur sometime this fall, according to Work4.

CEO Stéphane Le Viet said in a release announcing Graph Search Recruiter Beta:

Work4’s release of Graph Search Recruiter marks yet another turning point for social recruiting. We are thrilled to make Facebook’s latest innovations accessible to global clients that are using the platform to recruit across all industries, and we look forward to continuing to bring the age of Facebook recruiting into its own.
